First of all, let me say that Emily wins the award for the most professional, goal-oriented, computer-savvy, realtor of the year. I don't think I've worked with any professional who has worked harder to please and represent a client. She was unbelievably generous with her resources and her and my valuable time, and she was always seeking to know exactly what I was looking for. She really went well beyond the extra mile to accommodate me on my short visit to Santa Fe. A client needs to know that Emily is intense and focused. There is no messing around! She has one objective, to find the right home in the right location. I was very impressed with how well she knew Santa Fe and all its neighborhoods and community resources. I had done what I thought was my "homework" in preparing for my visit and search, but Emily had so much more she wanted me to do. Between visits to homes Emily was consulting changing MLS listings and connecting with her office assistant to get me immediate and up to date information. I did more in two days than I suspect most house hunters do in 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend Emily or work with Emily again.

Emily is extremely knowledgeable about the Santa Few market and provided details (e.g., the age and original purpose of various structure, and what that implies about wiring, insulation, etc.) that I would not have thought to ask. She is efficient and thorough and her sense of humor is delightful. I would recommend her to anyone.
We have a property in Santa Fe that is currently rent to own under contract and we are concerned that the agent we originally worked with is more an advocate for our client than for us. Emily did some investigating into the situation and gave us some very professional advice which we followed up on. If and when the contract comes to end date we may end up with the house as we are concerned that our client might not be able to meet the balloon payment requirement.
At that point we fully intend to have Emily represent us and manage the sale of our house.

I had actually tried to contact another [well-known] realtor who never returned my calls, so I picked Emily, who was the next person on Zillow's list. Emily is the whole package: she is smart, thorough, empathetic, and tough as a bulldog when she needs to be. From the get-go, I appreciated that she took the time to explain things thoroughly—even before we were officially working together. She loves to share her knowledge and has [seemingly] boundless energy and initiative. At some points, I was saying "Emily, let's slow down a bit!," but she helped us get an awesome house in an extremely competitive market—quickly and seamlessly. We would not have been able to do it without her. The thing that impressed me the most is that she treats the whole transaction as if it were her own. After we put in our offer, she made sure that we got the right contractors, and that things were cleaned up and in perfect order. Even some things that didn't especially bother me, like a pile of cut wood leftover from constuction--she said "No, no that won't do!"
